Site Supervisor

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required standards. This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and trades

• Monitor site progress against programme and report any delays

• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and regulations

• Maintain site records, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and site diaries

• Liaise with clients, project managers, and office staff to ensure clear communication

• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and waste disposal

• Conduct quality checks and snagging to maintain workmanship standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in refurbishment or social housing)

• SMSTS or SSSTS (required)

• First Aid at Work (preferred)

• CSCS Card (required)

• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Ability to read drawings and method statements

• Good IT and reporting skills
