A respected and independent construction and property consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in central London. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a capable and motivated Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of cost management commissions across a diverse UK project portfolio.

The appointed Quantity Surveyor will support the delivery of full pre- and post-contract services on schemes across the commercial, education, healthcare and industrial sectors. Working closely with senior team members, clients and consultants, you will contribute to cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and reporting to help ensure each project is delivered on time and within budget.

This position is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with UK consultancy experience who is now looking to build on their technical skills, gain more responsibility, and develop within a collaborative, growing team.

Quantity Surveyor
- Key Duties:

* Supporting cost consultancy services throughout all project stages

* Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents and contract packages

* Involvement in procurement processes and contractor engagement

* Contributing to cost reporting, risk assessments and change management

* Assisting in value engineering reviews and commercial strategy discussions

* Attending client meetings and supporting senior surveyors in project delivery

Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Profile:

* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related construction discipline

* Working towards MRICS or actively pursuing chartership

* UK consultancy experience with involvement in both pre- and post-contract work

* Good understanding of cost planning, procurement and contract administration

* Project exposure in sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare
