Quantity Surveyor - High End Residential - London
A gorwing building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London is seeking an young, ambitious and hungry Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Quantity Surveyor will help manage two projects. One is a £7m new build in South West London and the other is a £3 million refurbishemnt in Notting hill. Any High-End residential refurbishemtn experience is beneficial.
The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The company specialise in prime residential refurbishments have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of £15 million the company have a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work and are currently expanding geographically also.
They also. have a happy and profitable supply chain which makes Quantity Surveyors life a lot easier.
Quantity surveyor Role
Projects range from £1 million to £7 million.
Cost Reporting
Tender and contract documents
CVR's
Managing a team
Bills of Quants
Attend professional and client meetings
Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
Mitigate commercial risks
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
7 years + Experience
Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property
Basement experience is beneficial
Experience of working for a main contractor
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Team Management In return
£70,000 - £85,000
