Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on major infrastructure projects?

Do you have experience working on NEC forms of contract?

Location:

London + hybrid working - 2 days at home per week
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 DOE + travel allowance
My client is delivering a critical section of the HS2 programme and is now strengthening its commercial team with multiple permanent Senior Quantity Surveyors.
These roles sit within a major, complex infrastructure environment and offer long-term career development across one of the UK's most high-profile civil engineering projects.
You will support the commercial delivery of key work packages across the HS2 programme, working closely with delivery teams, subcontractors and senior stakeholders to ensure robust commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will include:

· Lead an asset supported by an Assistant & Graduate QS.

· Produce documentation / evidence to demonstrate KPI achievement.

· Lead and develop the efficient and effective management and issue of accurate, timely and contract compliant documentation.

· Assist with preparation of periodic progress valuations and claims for work completed.

· Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget reports.

· Maintain effective, accurate cost control.

Requirements:

· RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent).

· NEC contract experience

· Experience working on major infrastructure projects

· Experience working for a civils contractor
