With a healthy pipeline of projects and continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
ABOUT
THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing leadership, clear communication, and robust project controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
* Developing project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
* Leading site teams and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and external consultants.
* Acting as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Monitoring progress and financial performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects from start to finish.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, subcontractor management, and project cost control.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations.
* A hands-on, proactive approach with a commitment to quality.
* Relevant qualifications in construction or project management (desirable but not essential).
