Leytonstone (until Christmas) / Shoreditch (from January)
Salary: £65,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexible hours available)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team working on both fit-out and concrete frame projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a few years’ experience to further develop their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with cost management, preparing valuations, and supporting project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You will gain exposure to both fit-out and concrete frame works, providing a solid foundation for your professional growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and organised Junior Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in construction cost control, procurement, and contract management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential to thrive in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing project costs

Preparing interim valuations and progress reports

Assisting with procurement and sub-contractor management

Monitoring project budgets and forecasting costs

Liaising with site teams, clients, and contractors
