The Opportunity

We are partnered with a respected and expanding Flooring & Tiling Contractor who are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join their team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor — or a trades professional looking to step up — to join a company that genuinely invests in its people and offers long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervising flooring and tiling works on live construction sites

* Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors

* Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to programme

* Maintaining site health & safety standards

* Reporting progress to the Project Manager

* Building strong relationships with site teams and clients

What You’ll Need

* Gold or Black CSCS card (essential)

* Experience in flooring, tiling, or finishing trades (preferred but not essential)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ability to lead teams and maintain high standards

* Ambition to grow into more responsibility
