Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + package

Our client is a highly reputable façade contractor, trading for 15 years, with a strong track record of delivering complex recladding and façade projects across London and the Home Counties. They are known for their low staff turnover, a sign of a supportive, well-organised working environment, and for maintaining a healthy pipeline of secured works.
The company has a strong in-house design team, allowing close collaboration between design and delivery, and is striving towards a £20m turnover, reflecting a period of sustained growth. They work with a variety of tier 1 contractors, including Kier and United Living, and pride themselves on robust processes, efficient systems, and a focus on high-quality delivery.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Façade Project Manager to manage the delivery of recladding and façade projects. This is a client-facing role requiring commercial awareness, excellent programme management, and the ability to manage labour and subcontractors effectively. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex façade schemes on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of façade project delivery, from mobilisation to completion.
* Oversee programme management, labour allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
* Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact for tier 1 contractors.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, following company processes.
* Monitor project costs, manage risk, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
* Support pre-construction planning, including resource planning and method statements.
* Drive continuous improvement through effective use of systems and company processes.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Façade Project Manager, ideally on recladding or refurbishment projects.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts.
* Excellent programme and labour management skills.
* Experience working with tier 1 contractors and multiple client types.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions on-site and during planning.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and building regulations related to façade works.
