I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join an award-winning house builder on a permanent basis, working on a large residential scheme in East London.

The company has been around for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading house builders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality-focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a large residential scheme in East London, circa £30m in value. This is a long-term scheme comprising circa 200 units (RC frame apartments).

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager with a track record working on large new build residential schemes and are ready to start interviewing now.

• Track record working for a reputable house builder as an Assistant Site Manager
• RC frame experience
• Health & Safety conscious
• Career focused and driven to succeed
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to East London on a daily basis
