A reputable Main Contractor based in East London have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The company specialise in the delivery of top quality projects across London and the Home Counties for both private and public sector clients, on a range of projects. They work in the Commercial, Education, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Social Housing and Retail sectors, carrying out new build, refurbishment, fit-out, restoration and maintenance projects, between £50,000 to £5m in value.
As a business, they are very client focussed and provide sustainable and value for money projects, delivered through effective planning and communication, and a partnership ethos that builds early trust and integration with their clients.
They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a track record working on a range of projects in a number of sectors. The Contracts Manager will be primarily focussed on refurbishment projects, between £200,000 and £3m in value, so will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar projects for a reputable Main Contractor.
Experience:
- Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Experience working on refurbishment projects up to £3m in value
- Ideally have experience working on a range of different projects across multiple sectors
- Excellent manager of people and able to get the best out of site teams
- Able to commute to East London and happy working across London and the Home Counties
