Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (High End Residential) | Permanent | West London

I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a niche design and construction company that specialise in the high end residential sector, based out of their West London offices.

The company have been operating for close to 20 years, specifically in the luxury residential sector, carrying out a range of refurbishments, extensions, conversions, basement and cut and carve projects.

Due to an increased workload, they are looking for an Assistant / Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team and join them on a permanent basis. The ideal person will have some experience working in the high end residential sector, or at least have some residential refurbishment experience.

Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor
• Residential refurbishment / high end residential project experience
• Good commercial skills and awareness
• Able to commute to West London on a daily basis

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + package
