Contracts Manager (Main Contractor) | Permanent | Hertfordshire / London

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Car / allowance / package

Location: Hertfordshire, London

A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties.

They carry out a range of work including new builds, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £1m and £10m in value, with a range of public and private clients predominantly within the Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail sectors.

They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of managing multiple projects within the Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail sectors. Experience working for a similar Main Contractor would be highly advantageous. The position will be based out of their offices near Harpenden, Herts, and working on projects across the Northern Home Counties and London.

Experience:

• Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail projects between £1m and £10m in value
• Experience covering New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-out projects
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong customer focused skills
• High level of energy and ambition
