An award-winning, London-based developer of exceptional residential properties seeks a Project Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis in West London.

With a development pipeline worth over £2 billion and multiple industry awards, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team.

The Project Surveyor will oversee new build residential developments from start to finish, with a background in RC frame experience and ideally London-based residential developments. The role is office-based with regular site visits.

The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified, have a minimum of 6 years’ experience working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor, and possess good commercial skills and awareness.

• Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Experience working on new build residential developments from start to finish
• RC frame experience
• London-based project experience is ideal
• Career-focused and driven to succeed
• Good commercial skills and awareness
• Full UK driver’s license
