Senior Quantity Surveyor – Prestige £250M – London

We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based on a large, landmark £250M residential tower project in East London.

The client is a London based contractor with a strong international presence. They have enjoyed a consistent level of growth over the last several years and they have a very healthy order book for 2015/16 and beyond.

The position is a site based Senior Surveyor position and you will join the existing team which has responsibility for the procurement, placing of orders, commercial management and reporting of the project from commencement through to completion.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will need a good level of recent and relevant UK experience. You will have been working for recognised main contractors on a variety of projects and previous high rise experience is a definite advantage.
