A leading contractor in London is seeking a Senior Estimator to take ownership of pre-construction pricing for bespoke residential and heritage refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed cost plans and competitive tenders, interpreting complex drawings and working closely with various teams. You will need strong Excel skills and commercial judgement, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable pricing one-off projects.

This role offers a competitive salary between £80K and £95K annually.
