Senior Quantity Surveyor - Developer - Wood Green

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + package (dependent on experience)

A leading property developer is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a large new-build scheme in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an up-and-coming property developer.

The ideal candidate would be someone with experience of independently leading large scale residential schemes and managing a small team, they are open to a Project Surveyor stepping up as well provided they have the relevant experience.

Responsibilities

-Manage procurement and subcontractor packages

-Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments

-Support project reporting and cost forecasting

-Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team

-Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

-Established SQS with primarily residential experience

-Proven ability to manage large projects independently

-Proven ability to manage a small team

-Confident communicator with a proactive approach

-Ambition to grow within the business
