Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 per annum (depending on experience) + package
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical services contractor for an experienced Duct Fitter Project Manager to work on major commercial projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven professional with a strong background in ductwork and HVAC project delivery to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ductwork installation packages from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver ductwork installation projects on commercial developments
Lead site teams, supervisors, subcontractors and labour
Plan programmes, manage schedules and coordinate site activities
Liaise with main contractors, clients, consultants and suppliers
Ensure all works comply with health & safety, quality and contractual requirements
Monitor costs, variations and project progress
Oversee RAMS, QA documentation and final handover
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within ductwork / HVAC installation
Strong trade background in duct fitting or mechanical services
Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects in London
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple work streams and tight programmes
Valid CSCS card (management level)
SMSTS or SSSTS certification
Desirable:
Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors
Background in commercial fit-out, healthcare, education or large office developments

£65,000 – £85,000 per annum (DOE)
