Senior Quantity Surveyor

Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)
A global cost management consultancy is eager to add a MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor with high-end residential (or residential / hotel) project experience to their quantity surveying team in central London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across a variety of top level, high-end residential projects primarily for private clients and corporations across the UK. There will also be some luxury hotel, high and mid-rise residential.

The team are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a proven ability to deliver and manage projects from inception to completion whilst working within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

Preferably MRICS
Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar (if not MRICS)
Ideally delivered high-end residential projects within a PQS environment
Current or recent PQS / Cost Management experience
Pre contract knowledge - must be strong
Client facing
High end residential or residential project experience
