Senior Estimator

PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ESTIMATOR IN NORWICH Core Recruiter are recruiting for an Estimator to join a reputable building contractor based in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and successful team, working independently to prepare and deliver accurate total-cost tenders for a range of clients. You will support long-term client relationships by producing high-quality work and contributing to the continued success of the business.

In this role, you will analyse tender documents, identify project requirements, prepare detailed tenders, source and negotiate subcontractor quotations, evaluate offers, attend meetings and assist with forecasting, budgeting and handover to delivery teams. Salary/Package: £65,000 – £95,000 (DOE)  package Requirements/Qualifications Proven Estimator experience within construction Strong knowledge of all elements of building construction Methodical, with strong analytical and negotiation skills Commercial awareness and understanding of contractual terms and risk Ability to prepare clear, precise and accurate tenders Proven track record of developing and maintaining supply chain relationships Ability to communicate effectively with clients and design professionals Competent using relevant software and maintaining rate databases Ability to work independently and to deadlines Preferably bringing existing relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and architects, and the ability to leverage industry contacts to support commercial success If you are interested, please call Jordan Boswell on or , or apply online.
