The Role As Site Manager, you will take full day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of high-end hospitality fit-out projects on site. Working closely with the Contracts Manager and project team, you’ll ensure programmes are met, quality standards are maintained and works are delivered safely, efficiently and to client expectations from strip-out through to handover.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of hospitality fit-out sites in central London
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on site
Drive programme delivery, sequencing works to meet tight deadlines
Maintain high standards of quality, finish and workmanship
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Liaise with Contracts Manager, clients, consultants and design teams
Monitor progress, resolve site issues and report updates to senior management

What They’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end fit-out
Hospitality, hotel, leisure or F&B project experience preferred
Strong understanding of fast-track, design-led fit-out environments
Confident managing subcontractors and site teams
Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
