Senior Quantity Surveyor – £51m Residential Scheme
📍 Hammersmith, West London
💷 £85,000 – £95,000 + Package
Brand new opportunity with a leading residential main contractor to join a flagship £51m residential development in Hammersmith.
You’ll take a senior commercial role on the project, managing key packages, driving CVRs, procurement, and commercial reporting, working closely with the Commercial Manager and site team.
Ideal for an SQS with:
• Strong residential main contractor experience
• Proven delivery on £30m+ schemes
• Confidence running packages from procurement to final account
Excellent pipeline, long-term progression, and a well-backed contractor with repeat work in London
