Are you an Employers Agent from a building services background looking to be the go to technical specialist within a multibillion pound contract company, where you will be managing the processes on high stake projects?

In this role you will be responsible for the whole process of projects, ranging from the client representation to handovers and aftercare. You will be the point of contact for the company in relations to all projects ensuring all processes are followed and ran smoothly. This will involve reporting all relevant client reports and complying with all quality procedures including CDM 2015, fire safety guidance and England/ GLA funding requirements.

Founded over 20 years ago, this social housing construction specialists specialise in the refurbishment of existing buildings alongside the construction of new, exciting buildings., whilst boasting steady growth over the years alongside a strong reputation within their industry.

This role would suit an experienced Employers Agent from a building services background, looking for a role with a magnitude of importance, autonomy and responsibly, working on multi billion pound projects.

9 - 5:30, Monday to Friday
