Senior Quantity Surveyor (New Build Industrial) | Permanent | South London

A leading Main Contractor with over 60 years of experience has a great opportunity for a site-based Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project in South London.

The company has a turnover of circa £600m and works across major multi-disciplinary construction projects within the Building and Civil Engineering sectors. A large area of their work includes new build industrial projects.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £50m new build, steel frame industrial project in South London. The role is site-based and they are looking for someone to join as soon as possible.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor must be able to run a project autonomously and have a track record working on similar, new build, steel frame industrial projects up to £50m in value.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified or other relative qualifications
• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
• Steel frame experience
• Capable of working on projects up to £50m autonomously
• Able to commute to South London

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + package
