We are currently working with a specialist super‑prime residential refurbishment contractor delivering design‑led, high‑quality projects across central London and the Home Counties. Their schemes range up to £10,000,000, involving complex refurbishments, detailed finishes, and close coordination with architects and specialist trades.

Due to a strong pipeline for 2026 and continued growth, they’re now looking to strengthen their commercial team with a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early‑career QS with 3 years’ experience who wants hands‑on exposure across the full project lifecycle in a super‑prime residential market.

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in the high end residential market
• Understanding of cost control, procurement and commercial processes
• Someone proactive, eager‑to‑learn individual ready to develop under a Senior QS

• Exposure to super‑prime residential refurbishment projects
• Direct mentorship from senior members in the commercial team
• Rapid development within a growing, quality driven team
