Brand & Creative Visual Development
  • Lead the ideation and production of key visuals (KV), campaign concepts, advertising materials and brand creative assets.
  • Participate in the full creative process from concept definition, information structuring, and creative direction to final visual execution.
  • Produce high‑quality marketing materials including posters, social media graphics, advertising visuals, campaign assets, event keynotes and brand collaterals.
Content Creation & Image Production
  • Execute retouching, colour grading, compositing and other image enhancement tasks to meet professional brand standards.
  • Edit short‑form videos for teasers, social media content and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to shoot product visuals or support on‑site shoots is preferred.
Multi‑Platform Asset Management
  • Maintain and develop brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms (website, social media, print and offline activations).
  • Understand content specifications and best practices for major social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Adapt visual assets to platform‑specific formats while preserving brand integrity.
Technical & Innovation Capabilities
  • Utilise AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) to support and elevate creative ideation and production efficiency.
  • 3D design skills (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.) are a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects and other relevant design tools.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Social Media, PR, Product and other teams to deliver design solutions aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with external agencies, photographers and production partners to ensure high‑quality creative output.
  • Present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Design, Visual Design, Advertising Design or related fields. Experience in automotive, tech, luxury or lifestyle industries is a plus.
  • Strong creative sense with excellent visual judgement, storytelling ability and attention to detail.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Strong skills in Figma and familiarity with website/digital interface design workflows.
  • Solid abilities in photo editing, visual compositing, retouching and basic video editing.
  • Understanding of social media design formats and digital marketing asset requirements.
  • Experience using AI creative tools in professional workflows.
  • 3D design capability is a plus.
  • Professional level English communication skills, capable of working with cross‑regional teams.
  • Strong communication, time management and multitasking abilities; comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative and open to new tools, technologies and creative methods.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in automotive, technology, fashion or lifestyle branding.
  • Agency or production house background.
  • Photography or creative direction experience.
  • 3D animation, motion design or scripting skills.
  • Experience working in multinational or global teams.
