Are you a Mid-senior designer wanting to take on a new challenge, or an ambitious mid-weight ready to make that step up? We're looking for a creative with a standout portfolio, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling and travel. As Senior Designer, you'll take ownership of major design projects from concept through to completion, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help guide and inspire junior designers.

As a key member of the creative team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the visual identity. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Concept Development
:
Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, developing innovative and visually striking concepts that bring the brand to life. - Design Execution
:
Produce high-quality creative work across a wide range of mediums - including digital, print, social, OOH, large-scale graphics, and video. - Brand Guardianship
:
Uphold brand integrity by ensuring consistency across all design materials and touchpoints. - Project Management
:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and budgets without compromising quality. - Collaboration
:
Partner closely with marketing, product, and trade teams to deliver creative solutions that align with strategic goals and business objectives. - Leadership & Mentorship
:
Support and mentor junior designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth within the team. - Innovation & Trends
:
Stay ahead of industry trends, applying fresh, forward-thinking ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
- 4 years of professional design experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brand sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Working knowledge of Figma (beneficial).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Proven experience in digital design with an appreciation for UX and responsive design principles.
- Solid understanding of print production processes and technical specifications.
- A natural storyteller with a strong eye for brand, composition, and detail.
- Excellent communicator - confident presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance creativity and deadlines.
- Collaborative and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about design, travel, and creating work that inspires emotion and connection
- Salary £40,000
