THE ROLEWe are looking for a highly skilled, instinctive and technically sharp Social Content Creator who is first and foremost a storyteller, with a genuine excitement for film and food. You know how to spot a moment, shape it into a compelling short‑form narrative, and craft high‑performing short‑form videos that people actually want to watch, share and save. You have a deep, practical understanding of how social platforms work, particularly Instagram and Tik Tok, and you apply algorithm‑led thinking, pacing, hooks and formats to drive reach, engagement and discovery.
As our Social Content Creator, you own the full content pipeline from capture to delivery, spending your time between live ticketed and B2B events, kitchens and venues, and behind‑the‑scenes planning and development.
You will report directly to our Founder, working at the heart of the brand to shape culture‑led storytelling and drive the Taste Film movement, ensuring every piece of content reflects the brand’s vision, tone and narrative direction. You will work in close partnership with the Creative Manager, translatingematag creative direction, visual world and campaign concepts into consistently high‑quality content. You will also collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, responding to campaign briefs and proactively supplying all required content assets, ensuring your work supports campaign strategy, drives audience growth and contributes directly to ticket sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTENT CREATION LIVE EVENTS (TICKETED AND B2B)- Film the crucial scene‑to‑dish moments where food and film connect
- Capture stunning production visuals, venue set‑up, decorations and overall aesthetic
- Film dish reveals and chef storytelling
- Capture candid team interactions and behind‑the‑scenes activity
- Film and direct dual content with Taste Film Brand Ambassadors on site
- Work with venue teams to capture hospitality, service and guest experience
- Capture Event Managers’ leadership, energy and on‑the‑ground presence
- Liaise with event photographers to capture key moments in line with the agreed visual direction and campaign needs
- Film tasting sessions, menu development moments and the evolution of dishes
- Capture interviews and narrative‑driven moments with the back‑of‑house team
- Document behind‑the‑scenes production, prep and day‑in‑the‑life content
- Capture office‑based ideation, planning meetings and story development
- Build and maintain imaginary library of raw footage and evergreen assets
- Liaise with food photographers during staged photoshoots to ensure all culinary storytelling aligns with the campaign and creative objectives of the film
- Edit all footage into polished short form assets including reels, Tik Toks, trailers, videos, stories and teasers
- Produce high performing edits using creative transitions, pacing, sound design and trend alignment
- Ensure all output visually consistent with the brand identity
- Turn around reactive content quick when cultural trends možor campaign moments arise
- Deliver all final assets formatted correctly for posting
