We’re looking for a Product Development & Production Assistant to support our PDP team in delivering high-quality garments on time, ensuring alignment with the Design team’s creative vision.
What you’ll be doing :Post/ Sample Management:
- Manage all post related to the PDP department, including samples, sourcing & all fabric & trims.
- Update & maintain sample trackers.
- Manage all product samples, including organising, tracking & distributing as required.
- Ensure that all samples are prepped & steamed ahead of any key meetings & shoots where necessary.
- Update & maintain the critical path, ensuring that this is updated each week. Track progress from PO placement through to ex‑fty to ensure that dates are met.
- Lead production meetings, escalating any concerns with the support of the wider team as needed.
- Prepare and organize fabric samples, trim cupboards, and boards to support the team’s needs.
- Upload initial style details onto our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and Airtable to assist Design and Product Development teams.
- Maintain the PLM with updates on bulks, fabric details, and information from Design sign-off meetings.
- Previous experience in a production role or similar entry‑level position in womenswear fashion business.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with PLM systems and workflow management tools.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Passionate about womenswear and working in a fast‑paced environment.
