• Location:Kensington, London, W8
• Annual Salary:£34,000
• Hours/Working Pattern:4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm

• Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel dle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
• Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
• Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
• Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
• Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
• Car Park Management:
  Parking and organising residents vehicles safely in the developments car park.
• Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.

• Experience as a concierge in a 5
  * luxury development is essential.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
• Driving License is essential for this role.
