Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Are you a fluent Dutch speaker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a customer focused professional to join a leading international organisation supporting customers across multiple channels.

As the main point of contact for Dutch speaking customers, you will handle a variety of enquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

• Support customers across phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Meet service standards and performance targets.

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Ideally some previous customer service, customer support, or contact centre experience.
• Excellent problem solving and organisational abilities.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• This role is remote but candidates must be in the UK and able to collect a laptop from either the London or Northamptonshire office.

• £13.47 per hour
• Weekly pay on hourly rate to begin with
• Possibility of temp to perm if things go well
• November start
