• Grow and nurture a high-potential A&D network, starting from an existing base. You warm up cold contacts, spot the most promising studios and guide them towards becoming committed specification partners.
• Bring inspiration to life and educate via Lunch & Learn sessions, hands-on material talks and studio visits that spark creativity and open new project pathways.
• Act as the connector between A&Ds and the right joiners and cabinet makers, ensuring that every specification flows smoothly through the entire chain.
• Work closely with our exclusive UK distributor to convert specifications into real business.
• Focus primarily on Greater London, expanding over time to other regions.
• Regularly visit our Belgian HQ to deepen your expertise in wood veneer, our processes and our product ranges, so you can speak with confidence and passion in the UK market.
• Attend and organize agreed events and exhibitions.

• A relationship-driven commercial talent with experience in the interior, materials or design world — ideally already familiar with specification sales in the UK.
• Someone who thrives on long-term partnerships rather than one-off wins, and who finds energy in educating, inspiring and guiding the A&D community.
• Organized, analytical and self-driven: you can manage a growing A&D database, set priorities and navigate a market with long decision cycles.
• A natural affinity with interior materials — and the curiosity to dive deep into wood veneer.
• A native English speaker, UK-based, confident in presenting, advising and managing expectations in a discerning design market.
