Residential Technical Coordinator – London

My client, a top 20 residential developer, is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their team in London. The successful candidate will have experience working on new build residential developments and will report into the Senior Technical Manager.

The role involves working closely with the technical team during the development process, including drawing packages, liaising with the architectural team, and coordinating with the commercial and production teams.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• 4-5+ years of residential developer experience working on multiple new build developments from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of the development/technical design process.
• Proven knowledge of detailed design for residential schemes utilizing different forms of construction.
• Ability to question and query design information across all disciplines.
• Architectural background, with proficiency in AutoCAD beneficial.
• Sound understanding of statutory requirements, including Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, and Sustainability.
• Ability to understand and interrogate design and project programs, identifying Critical Paths.
• Degree-level education or relevant professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage people, processes, and time.
