A leading specialist façade contractor in North Greenwich is currently looking for an Intermediate Cladding Designer.
Salary
: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location
:
Hybrid (North Greenwich Office / Remote / Site Visits)
Contract
:
Full-time, Permanent
Duties
- Producing cladding construction details, elevations, and fire barrier drawings.
- Conducting site surveys, inspections, and coordinating with commercial/site teams.
- Preparing material take-offs and technical submissions.
- 3-5+ years of specific UK Cladding design experience (Curtain walling‑only experience will not be considered).
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (3D/Revit/Bluebeam is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of fire barriers, insulation, fixings, and U-values.
- A PDF portfolio of sample cladding drawings is required for consideration.
