** Responsibilities:*
* 1. Collaborate with clients, interior designers, and project managers to understand furniture requirements for each project.
2. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to identify their preferences, needs, and budget for furniture selection.
3. Research and source furniture options from a variety of manufacturers, considering factors such as quality, style, price, and lead time.
4. Create detailed furniture proposals and presentations for clients, including itemized schedules, visual references, and pricing information.
5. Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain quotes, samples, and specifications for selected furniture pieces.
6. Manage and oversee the procurement process, including negotiating pricing, placing orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.
7. Provide expert advice on furniture suitability, and ergonomic considerations to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
8. Collaborate with the construction team to integrate furniture installations seamlessly into overall project timelines and plans.
9. Conduct site visits as needed to assess the client’s space to ensure proper placement and installation of furniture.
10. Stay informed about current trends, materials, and technologies in the furniture industry to offer innovative solutions to clients.

* Qualifications:

* 1. Proven experience working as a Furniture Consultant, Interior Designer, or similar role within the construction or interior design industry.
2. Strong knowledge of furniture design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Procore and Hubspot would be advantageous but not essential.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Process driven with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate client preferences into cohesive furniture solutions.
8. Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally friendly furniture options is a plus.
9. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
