Role: Senior Interior Technician
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Interior Technician to join a fast-paced interiors team, supporting the delivery of high-quality workplace and commercial interior projects. This role plays a key part in translating design intent into robust technical solutions, working closely with designers, consultants and contractors across all project stages.
The successful candidate will be confident leading technical delivery in Revit, proactively resolving issues, and supporting projects from early space planning through to construction and site delivery.
- Set up and manage Revit base build information to enable designers to commence space planning efficiently
- Produce and coordinate technical information across all project stages, including pitch, pre-construction, LTA packs and construction issue drawings
- Take ownership of Revit technical output, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance at each RIBA stage
- Coordinate technical packages with consultants and wider project teams
- Support partner designers during site stages, responding to contractor queries and resolving technical issues
- Review and maintain drawing standards, ensuring best practice and quality control
- Assist in identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Architecturally trained with a strong technical background and exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in Revit, with proven experience delivering interior or architectural technical packages
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods and building systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where flexibility is essential
- Confident problem solver with the initiative to address technical challenges independently
- Able to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a clear 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively as part of a project team
- High energy, motivated and driven, with a professional and adaptable approach
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over technical delivery
- Collaborative and supportive team player with a client- and delivery-focused mindset
