Key Responsibilities:

As a Locum General Medicine Specialty Doctor, high-quality clinical care will be provided, managing both inpatient and outpatient services within the hospital. Participation in the education and training of junior doctors and medical students will ensure they receive the guidance and support needed to excel. Leading ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings will be a key part of the role, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

On-call services and emergency cover will also be offered as required, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and care. Expertise will be crucial in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of medical conditions, making a significant impact on patient outcomes and the overall healthcare team. Dedication and skills will be vital in delivering exceptional care and contributing to the development of future healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • GMC registered
  • MRCP
  • Specialist training required
  • 6 months NHS experience
