Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct energy assessments and provide recommendations for improving energy efficiency in buildings.
- Utilize TM 52 and TM 54 methodologies to evaluate thermal comfort and energy performance.
- Ensure compliance with Part L and Part O of building regulations.
- Utilize IES software for dynamic thermal simulation and building performance analysis.
- Perform SAP calculations for residential buildings to ensure energy compliance.
- Generate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and advise on energy performance improvements.
- Implement NABERS UK assessments for office buildings to benchmark energy performance.

Skills and

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy consulting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of low carbon design principles.
- Proficiency in TM 52, TM 54, Part L, Part O, IES, SAP, EPCs, and NABERS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
