Fast paced, Dual Site Manufacturing Company

• Role: Group Health, Safety and Environment Manager / HSE Business Partner
• Location: Park Royal, North West London
• Salary: GBP 70,000 – 75,000 per annum + bonus and private healthcare
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Seeking a proven Health, Safety and Environment Leader to strategically lead the company to further success. Report to the Head of Operations and serve as subject matter expert for the entire organisation. Responsible for 2 sites (manufacturing, warehouse, head office) with a headcount of circa 300 people. The role is strategically led yet hands‑on, communicating with senior leadership and influencing the workforce towards a proactive, independent culture.

• Lead HSE across both sites, ensuring future‑fit safety performance.
• Coach and mentor a direct report (HSE coordinator).
• Promote safety culture and gain buy‑in with a diverse workforce.
• Collaborate with sustainability and other departments.
• Provide creative control for HSE and leave a legacy.

• Management experience within the manufacturing sector.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent diploma.
• Track record of supporting and improving safety culture.
• Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage at all levels.

• Dynamic, confident communicator.
• Willing to roll up sleeves, collaborate and troubleshoot.
