Field Service Technician – Multi-Functional Devices (Copier/MFD)

Location: North London – Inner M25

Requirements: Full clean UK driving license essential

Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with hands‑on experience in servicing and networking Multi‑Functional Devices (MFDs)? We’re looking for a proactive technician to join a well‑established service team supporting clients across North London.

• Responding to service calls promptly and professionally, diagnosing and resolving technical faults
• Installing and networking MFDs at customer sites, ensuring full functionality and client satisfaction
• Providing user training and guidance to help customers maximise device capabilities
• Completing repairs safely and in line with manufacturer and H&S standards
• Maintaining accurate service records and using tech tools (tablet/laptop) to enhance service delivery
• Managing car/walking stock to required levels
• Supporting other service teams when needed and contributing to team meetings
• Participating in ongoing training and development, including online modules and occasional residential courses

• Salary up to £35,000 (base + bonus)
