Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of our capital projects. About the role:

* Leading and managing a portfolio of capital projects from initiation to completion.
 
* Overseeing cost management, project timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
 
* Liaising closely with Sales, Engineering, and Regional Project Managers to ensure smooth handovers and project accuracy.
 
* Engaging with customers and stakeholders to guarantee outstanding service and satisfaction.
 
* Managing sub-contractors, procurement, and technical approvals for control systems and panel designs.
 
* Conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with ISO, H&S, and CDM standards.
 
* Preparing reports, revenue forecasts, and progress updates for senior management.
 
* Driving continuous improvement in project execution, resource management, and technical delivery.

Skills Required:

* Proven experience in project management, preferably within BMS, HVAC, or engineering sectors.
 
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
 
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 
* Technical expertise in control systems, BMS/HVAC products, and design engineering.
 
* A commercially aware problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and cost control.
 
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
 
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
