Building Surveyor - Heritage Specialist
Location:
London
Salary - £40,000 - £48,000

We're working with a highly regarded consultancy to find a Building Surveyor with a strong interest in conservation and heritage projects. You'll be part of a talented, multidisciplinary team delivering expert advice on the repair and care of listed and nationally significant buildings across the South of England.

What we're looking for:
Solid surveying experience with traditional/historic buildings
Strong knowledge of materials, decay, and repair techniques
Confident communicator, with great attention to detail
Driving licence and willingness to travel for site work
Conservation accreditation or public sector experience is a plus, but not essential
