IN2 AV Recruitment are representing a well established, global audio visual integrator who deliver complex AV and event solutions across corporate and international client environments.

They are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their UK projects team, taking ownership of technical delivery across the full project lifecycle. This is a senior, hands on role with real influence, offering exposure to high value projects both in the UK and overseas.

The Role As Technical Manager, you will act as the technical authority supporting sales, design and delivery teams. You will be responsible for pre sales technical input, design coordination, change control and ensuring technical accuracy from concept through commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities include:

Technical input during RFP and tender stages
Leading pre construction workshops and managing technical outputs
Managing technical submittals, RFIs and design coordination
Ownership of design changes and technical change control
Reviewing drawings and ensuring accuracy prior to issue
Overseeing rack build, pre staging and witness testing
Supporting commissioning, handover and O&M documentation
Acting as the key technical link between design, production, programming and delivery teams Skills and Experience Required
Strong working knowledge of professional AV systems and integrated solutions

Experience with control systems, DSP, video conferencing and unified communications
Good understanding of IT and networked AV environments
Proven experience managing AV designs through complex project life cycles
Ability to communicate confidently with consultants, clients and internal teams
