We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our collaborative and forward‑thinking engineering team. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and evolving the data pipelines and platforms that power our products — especially in the context of high‑throughput IoT streams, near real‑time charging insights, and long‑term historical trend analysis to optimise EV infrastructure.

This role is hands‑on and delivery-focused, working closely with other engineers, data scientists, and analysts to solve real‑world problems. You’ll bring strong technical experience and a passion for clean, reliable data systems — and just as importantly, a team‑first mindset. You'll help the team move faster and more confidently, unblock technical challenges, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive engineering culture.

• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, real‑time and batch data pipelines that support our products and analytics.
• Support and mentor teammates
  , sharing knowledge and reviewing designs and code to maintain a high standard of engineering quality.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our data platform — balancing short‑term delivery needs with long‑term scalability and maintainability.
• Partner with stakeholders such as product, analytics, and data science teams to understand data needs and build fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Help the team unblock technical issues through pragmatic decisions and by bringing your experience to bear on tough problems.
• Promote good practices in data engineering, including testing, scalability, maintainability, observability, documentation, and reliability.
• Drive incremental improvement by contributing to platform‑level tooling, automation, and performance enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, planning, design discussions and general chit‑chat
