Your role:

• Lead daily quality operations and support junior team members
• Manage non‑conformances, corrective actions, and root cause investigations (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA)
• Coach, develop, and empower a diverse team
• Collaborate across production, design, supply chain, and projects
• Support audits, risk planning, and next‑generation product readiness
• Champion curiosity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement

About you:

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) with strong quality leadership experience
• Skilled in ISO
  9001, quality systems, and tools (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desirable)
• Proven mentor of junior staff
• Experience in zero‑defect, highly regulated industries
• Collaborative, inquisitive, and root‑cause‑focused problem solver
• Perfect for current/former Quality Managers wanting meaningful influence
