Theywillberesponsiblefortheeffectiveexecutionofallmaintenancework(planned,correctiveandreactive) andassociatedcontrolprocesses.
Theywillberesponsiblefortheefficientandeffectiveplanningandschedulingofallresourcestoconductallmaintenanceactivitiesinaccordancewithcurrentlegislation,industryguidanceandbestpractice.
Theywillberesponsiblefordeliveringabestinclassservice,maximisingresourceproductivityandminimisingcustomerbusinessinterruptions. Hours

Summary:
Ensuresitetechnicalservicesaredeliveredincompliancewithlegislative,clientandcompanyhealth, safetyandenvironmentalprogrammes Actasthe Technical Servicespointofcontactforallin /outofscopetechnicalactivitiesand providetechnicalsupportacrossawidespectrumofindustrialtechnicalservices,totheteamandclient. Manageateamoftechnicianstodelivertechnicalservicesutilisingcompanyemployedresource(self-perform).Bethedriverinmaximisingthevolumeofworkthatisself-performed. Managespecialistsubcontractorswhererequired,ensuringworkiscarriedoutincompliancewithlegislative,clientandcompanyhealth,safetyandenvironmentalprogrammes Bethe Maintenance Excellence Championforthesite ,drivingcontinuousimprovementintechnical service delivery Inconjunctionwiththe Site Leader ,manageallocatedbudgetsinlinewithservicelines,against the contractmodel. Providesolutionsandassociatedquotationsforsmallprojectworks Identifypotentialbusinessopportunitiesforincreasedscopeandadditionalservices. Carryoutmaintenanceandrepairactivitieswhenrequired(likelytobeintheeventofanemergency,orforholiday/sicknesscover) Managethetechnicalservicedeliveryonsite Experience
Required:
HVAP 18thEdition Goodcomputerskills. Knowledge of
EHSrequirements Excellentanalyticalskills Goodorganisationalandplanningskills. Demonstratedabilitytovisualiseandcommunicatetheexecutionofwork. Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesorprojectssimultaneouslyandkeepthemprogressingtocompletion. Engineeringbackgroundandcompetencytoaccuratelyestimatelabourhours,materialrequirementandtrade/skillsneededtocompleteajob. Goodwrittenandverbalcommunicationsskillsandhavedemonstratedtheabilitytobeapproachableandtactful Demonstratedabilitytowriteandprovidesimpleandaccurateinstructions. Demonstratedabilitytoreadstandardblueprints,machineandprocessdrawings.
Havetheabilitytosketchorredlineexistingdrawings. Knowledgeandunderstandsthemaintenanceprocessesandproperuseoftheworkordersystem,planningandschedulingandstoreroomprocesses. Mustbecapableofprovidingfamiliarisationtraininganddemonstratinganyspecificjobrequirements. Willbeabletoleadbyexamplebycarryingoutpracticalmaintenanceandinstallationtaskstoahighstandard
