Consultant​/Senior Air Quality Specialist

You’ll be involved in a wide range of interesting and high-profile projects across transport, infrastructure, development and renewables. This is a hands‑on role offering the chance to manage projects, liaise directly with clients, and contribute to the continued development of the air quality offering.

• Deliver air quality and odour assessments for a diverse range of projects
• Prepare technical reports, including air quality chapters for EIA, monitoring studies and dispersion modelling assessments
• Manage project inputs, budgets and deadlines
• Support and mentor more junior members of the team where appropriate
• Engage with clients and project teams to provide expert advice and innovative solutions
• Contribute to business development and help shape the continued growth of the air quality capability

• Degree qualified in an environmental, scientific or engineering discipline
• Ideally 3–7 years’ experience in air quality consultancy
• Experience with dispersion modelling (ADMS or AERMOD) and familiarity with LAQM and EIA requirements
• Strong technical report writing and analytical skills
• Confident managing projects and liaising with clients
• Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative approach
• Interest in mentoring and supporting others as the team continues to grow
