Position: M&E Shift Leader (Permanent)
Shift Leader (Electrical or Mechanical) – Liverpool Street – up to £52,000

Liverpool Street, London
Salary: £50,000.00-£52,000 per annum

Shifts:

Four-on Four-off DAYS ONLY (07:00-19:00)

About the Role

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large commercial near Liverpool Street, London.

You’ll be leading a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment.

* Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.

* Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems.

* Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.

Requirements

* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

* Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment.

* Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently on shift.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.
