In the Growth Department, we focus on enhancing our clients’ success through strategic partnerships and data‑driven insights. As a Performance Manager, you will optimize key strategic gaming accounts using our advanced advertising platform and focus on our Offerwall Demand and Supply initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, executing strategies to optimize user acquisition activity.
• Collaborate with Client Partner teams to support and optimize key gaming accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
• Communicate with advertisers on providing suggestions to optimize campaigns and improve user acquisition strategy.
• Work closely with internal teams to implement improvements, develop new features, and adjust strategies to ensure client success.
• Develop and present client‑facing materials, including partnership decks, case studies, and presentations to drive business development efforts.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Previous experience working on mobile gaming or in the ad tech/gaming industry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

You might also have

• Familiarity with mobile app tracking and attribution analytics platforms (Apps Flyer, Adjust, etc).
