Up to £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay

We are seeking an experienced Porter to work at a residential building in St john’s Wood area in London.

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting residents, monitoring fire alarm panels, managing visitors entering and leaving the building. Additional duties include answering telephone calls, handling parcels, logging and reporting any building defects or incidents of disrepair (such as plumbing, heating, and lighting issues) to the Managing Agent, supervising the cleaners to ensure the building’s high standards are maintained, rubbish collection, sweeping courtyard etc.

You will also assist with scheduling contractors’ visits and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong organisational and self-motivation skills and a great sense of responsibility. Excellent English communication and customer service skills are essential for providing residents with the highest level of support in managing their building. Start ASAP
