Position: Sales Operations Executive. Travel. NW Hybrid

We’re seeking a confident and energetic Sales Operations Executive to join the Reservations team of a well-established and thriving North London travel business.

This role requires a go-getting team player who is happy hit the ground running, muck in and do what is required to get the job done. The role is central to delivering seamless sales operations and exceptional customer satisfaction, working closely with the Reservations team to support the after-sales process.

The successful candidate will be providing valuable support to the Reservations team, managing bookings and finalising all concierge and extra details required post-sales; therefore, exceptional attention to detail, alongside excellent analytical, communications and organisational skills are vital.

Previous travel industry experience is beneficial but not essential. Relevant training provided.

Benefits: Generous holiday allowance, trips to sales destinations

Hours: 9.00 – 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday (flexible working hours & hybrid options)

Salary: £27k + private pension / performance-related yearly bonus – post probation

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Respond effectively to client queries
  • Process system bookings, including confirmations, cancellations and amendments
  • Build strong relationships with clients, agents and Global Reservations team
  • Manage ground handling arrangements
  • Chase outstanding flight details
  • Book additional services e.g. VIP arrival / departure, and experiences
  • Arrange familiarisation trips
  • Handle bill checking, loading and logging discrepancies
  • Support the Reservations team with ad hoc tasks to help close sales i.e. checking availability, holding rooms, sourcing images and local information
  • Provide clients with factsheets, experiences and pricing information
